A proud moment was when we hired five new Operations Managers in Sauda as part of the reorganization we worked on in 2022. The feedback from the engagement survey (MOOD) was that we need to improve communication and those on shift missed presence of and approachable managers. We have listened to them and understood them, and we are now getting five new Operations Managers who will ensure that correct information is provided at the right time. We increase our presence and are more accessible.
I am convinced that this change will improve our performance and contribute to working more actively towards our vision of involvement, innovation and, not least, job satisfaction!
