Although I didn't have the opportunity to be present (!), this was one of my best moments in 2022! For me, who has been working on Learning-on-the-job since 2017, this marked a milestone. I am so PROUD to be in a company with employees who dare to step out of their comfort zone and become actors in training videos that will benefit everyone, not only in Sauda, but also in Porsgrunn. This day marked the launch of a broad training program on our operations, which everyone at the plant can benefit from and enjoy. And which we can further develop and improve in the years to come.
