Usually, EMI MOR makes 9 to 12 blows a day. Over a long period of 2022, beginning of 2023, 14 blows per day were made! The key to success: changing working methods and pushing coordination one step further:
- The ladle circulates almost constantly from building to building, empty or full,
- MOR is blowing at a higher frequency : 14 blows average!
- Casting beds are all used with very high rotation
- The foremen managed to set the tempo and the team to keep on!
