Wildlife at the landfill always gives a good feeling. Especially hares. The picture is unfortunately from 2016, but hares, deer, moose, "rare" birds, all our types of snakes and worms as well as nice sunrises are something I occasionally see (several times a year) at the disused landfill and the surrounding area. It is good to have some wildlife considering that the active landfill and leachate treatment plant are very close. What is "stupid" is that there is a hunting center nearby and hunters with dogs. The occasion sometimes to greet nice dogs (one day, three puppies jumped into my car).
The appearance of the first coltsfoot flowers at the landfill is also a real annual pleasure.
