From December 14 to January 1, top managers (engineers and heads of reliability, production & maintenance departments) were included in the shift teams. The objectives were to:
- Bring an outside perspective on shift supervision and decision-making
- Analyze situations and assess the difficulties encountered by the workers
- Improve communication between the teams (transition from the recipient to the inter-station)
During the taskforce, load was increased (ref to pictures) thanks to:
- Testing higher resistance setpoints to limit intensity defaults
- Improved hood temperature control
