EMI Transforming Reliability

The T2 transformer failed in February 2020, and the new one was installed and commissioned by Principal Electrical Engineer Jason Stephens, in October 2022. This is a big step forward in EMI plant reliability as it allowed us to segregate the high-tension distribution system so that one fault would not trip the power to the entire facility, and the life of the other two transformers is extended due to the reduced load.
