On December 9th, Anette F. Johannessen hosted a Christmas lunch for an “extended Finance department” in ENO including also our colleagues on the same floor as the Finance department in Porsgrunn.
15 colleagues in total were gathered around a lovely buffet and everyone received a Christmas gift from a Secret Santa where the challenge was for the receiver to guess the correct sender. This turned out to be very funny with a lot of wrong guesses and many creative gifts that made us all laugh.
To achieve a healthy work environment, it is valuable to spend some time with colleagues in settings outside the office now and then.
