Christmas calendar

Last December, the objective of the Advent calendar was to make us experience the spirit of Christmas within Manganese Alloys and to get to know other colleagues. It is such a challenge to create a team spirit with more than 900 employees spread all over the world! There is still a lot to do for each of us to feel like being Manganese Alloys… But I know that this initiative has created curiosity and some spontaneous and caring exchanges.
